Due to the Virus, Postal Services are under immense strain.
With a lock-down in place, more people are shopping online, but numbers of workers including postal staff are also Self Isolating. Please allow extra time for Delivery, in some rare instances, post is taking a little over 2 weeks in the UK and 4 weeks+ for International Mail.
We are aware of patterns that some delays come from items posted the same day, whist later dispatches run normally, inferring that in some cases a whole sack of post has remain unclear in the system, possibly ending up at the bottom of a backlog. Your patience during this time of uncertainty is gratefully appreciated.
