This shear gives square ended cuts on both the cut & off-cut sides. It features comfort enhancing soft rubber grips & a return spring for ease of use.
 
Note,: These are a mid-range tool hat offer a good, but NOT "ultra-flush" cut.
 
For a better Ultra-Flush Cut you will need higher range pliers such as Lindstrom.
