Terms and Conditions for Lay-by

Lay-by is currently only available to Australian residents on orders of $75.00 and above.
20% deposit to be made within 7 days of order. If you require extra time please let us know the date that the first installment will be made. If no payment or contact has been made in 14 days the order will be cancelled.

All payments must be made by Bank Deposit, Money Order or Cheque.
Your Order Number should accompany all payments for identification.

Paypal and Paymate are not accepted for lay-by payments.

Please contact us if you require more time to make payments.

No refund given for deposit on cancelled orders.

After each payment you make, we update a mini statement (see example below )in the Orders History / Customer Notes section of your lay-by order, you can login to view your balance at any time.

There is currently no time limit on lay-by as long as the customer keeps in contact and makes regular payments. Smaller payment installments are allowed after the initial 20% has been paid. We prefer that you try to complete your lay-by payments within 12 weeks.

We understand that you may wish to make a more urgent order whilst you have an ongoing lay-by, this is fine, however you can not add items to a lay-by order, you will need to make a new seperate order.

You are responsible for contacting us should there be any changes to your address during your Lay-by.

To calculate 20% - Times the Total by 20% = 1st payment.

ie: $200.00 x 20% = $40.00
