Colours vary a little batch to batch, yellow and lighter coloured beads tend to show a line in the glass which is part of the bead making technique used to give these beads depth. Please see extra photo and pay attention to the yellow bead close-up.
An opaque base of white is coated with a coloured clear glass, this can create "folds" but adds amazing depth.
