Description: Use this activated carbon to embed BRONZclay™ pieces for firing. Coconut shell–based carbon produces a light patina color on your pieces. To prepare the carbon for use, place it inside the container, cover with the lid and fire for 30 minutes at 1550°F. For a more richly colorful patina, try the coal-based acid-washed activated carbon SKU19729
